EVENING RALLIES GOING AHEAD!!
The field for the evening rallies is all set up ready to go, and the ground is remarkably good considering the weather, so the first rally on Monday 21st should be going ahead. If you'd like to book in please can you let Nicola know by this Friday (May 18th) so she knows how many instructors we need.

Also our Tet/Tri scehdule is now on the calendar page. This year we're holding it at Berwick, so please come along and have a go - it's great fun!!
The Parents and Friends Rally on 16th May has been cancelled due to wet ground and re-scheduled for Wed 20th June. This event is run by the Essex Hunt at Berwick Farm along the lines of a PC rally without the tack and turnout. Form available on calendar page. Enquiries to Jo Pinkerton.
ONE DAY EVENT - 13TH MAY 2012. With regret we have had to cancel this event owing to the wet ground conditions and further heavy rain forecast for this week. We are sorry for any disappointment. Cheques will be destroyed unless you want them returned to you in which case please let me know and send a SAE. Thank you for your support.

SENIOR CAMP FORM NOW ON CALENDAR PAGE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: YOU MUST BE A FULLY PAID UP MEMBER OF EHNPC TO ATTEND OUR RALLIES. Membership forms should be completed and sent to Susan Trembath (details on committee page) before you attend any fixtures. We are hoping to send some teams to the Essex Farmers PC Team Show Jumping on Sunday 24th June at Danbury (on grass). There are classes for all from cross poles to 90cm. If you are interested please can you email Diane or Sharon with your name, age, height of pony, and height of fences you are comfortable jumping in a course. Stable Management Rallies will be on the LAST Thursday of the month for April, May and June, from 5.30pm to 7pm, for all ages up to & including C Test. At Shaftesbury Farm, Epping. £5 each (in cash please) payable on the night, please book in by email by the Tuesday before at the latest so we can book enough instructors. HUNT RELAY
Wanted ... junior members to make a team of 4 for the Hunt Relay on Wed 18th July in Peterborough. Must be able to jump 2'9, also to include bending poles, opening and shutting a gate, whip changes (like baton changes) etc. Fantastic day out & loads of fun.
